After more than twenty years in conceptual and strategic roles for agencies, big and small companies, my role at PLOT is to help organizations succeed in their digital transformation.
Having started off as a creative, my focus in the early days of digital marketing quickly switched to fulfilling a strategic role inside agencies and their brand clients. Being one of Germany’s early digital strategists, I also co-founded the Dutch Account Planning Group (APG) in addition to years in the board of Germany’s APG. Since the digital transformation of industries has become the key challenge organizational change, it also the core of my professional life.
Personally, I believe in a very hands-on but also very objective-driven approach to organizational change. Knowing what you should achieve must not be contradicted by your ability to stay curious and open. Consequently my professional life was an evolution of many good and bad decisions – as a result this knowledge is what I have to offer.
